Why, was there an issue with the latest build?

I have the latest build of Vegas Pro 17, 387, and just updated TP7 to the latest build 191114 and have not seen a problem. I tried a 10 second animated text and logo intro and VP took the same amount of time to render it as build 190816.

While on my side, the NewBlue Application Manager failed to inform me the newer update of TP7 🙄. Let me try updating it.

@set - You are a great resource for this and other Vegas-Centric Forums. But on this occasion please stop apologising for this less than transparent communication from NewBlue. NB truly need to get their lines of communication sorted out.

And the other bit of reality is that NEWBLUE has a presence already here, on this Forum, in the form of @newblue-mj! Where’s he? Why isn’t newblue-mj informing us?

I’ve already eml Caleb on this matter and in particular this thread.

Any notes what updates from 190816 to 191114 ?

Currently I also stuck with AMD Adrenalin old drivers due to TP7 incompatibility with latest drivers. Hopefully the new version able to fix the problems.

Build 191114 was released to address two issues, both relating to migrating a project with titles created by Titler Pro 6 into a Titler Pro 7 environment.

1) To prevent existing Titler Pro 6 titles reverting to the default design and

2) To allow the automatic batch save of all titles in the Title List.

After updating to build 191114, I experienced severe problems when migrating my TP6 projects. I won't describe all the symptoms here (I gave a detailed report to NewBlueFX) but one of them related to the re-caching of titles in the Title List. With the TP7 interface open and multiple titles in the Title List, selecting individual titles resulted in all titles being re-cached. Every time a title was selected in the Title List, re-caching would occur.

Those users who are not experiencing problems with build 191114 have probably not had the need to migrate projects. Also, if you have powerful systems, the repeated re-caching of titles will probably not be an apparent problem.

If you are not having problems, there is no need to revert back to build 190816. If you are, reverting back is the solution.

Ok, just update to 191114, and also finalllyyyyyyyy, updating the AMD Radeon to latest, and thank goodness the '3D problem' even in just Fly-Past transition solved!

Don't know with other issues - haven't find out. - but this is the most important thing that still concern me with TP7 since first time I knew it.
