Customized toolbar has to be reinstalled each time Vegas is opened.
Running Vegas 6.0c, and just did a reinstall.
Same problem existed before.

Have you tried opening a blank layout "untitled" , then setting up the toolbar , then saving the "untitled". close then reopen?
