Toolbars is wallin

My toolbars got all messed up and now all of the bottom ones are together and stretch clear across the bottom and are mixed in with the preview window, making it impossible to view my filters as I use them. Pwease help me : ((.

hold down shift and control when you restart vegas and you will go back to the default settings. if I understand your question.
