I have a ton of video clips that in projects set up as 180x120 with NTSC pixel aspect ratio that render just great using WMV9. When I change the project to 180x132 with square pixels, everything works great EXCEPT that there is a flickering horizontal line in the upper left corner of every render. Zooming and cropping and whatnot doesn't fix it - its definitely something to do with the render.

Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
