Topaz Video AI OFX plugin

It apparently only works with Resolve Studio which lead people to speculate the reason for this is because it taps into Studio's AI Engine which doesn't exist in free version of Resolve. If that's true, then it's a specialized version made for Resolve Studio.

In the past people have blamed low quality beta testers for all the bugs in Vegas release versions that are detected by non beta testers on the day of public release, but this problem is even worse with Topaz, so I won't be touching Resolve plugin anytime soon to check how well it works.

Noticed it too.... But personally, i no longer use any of their tools anymore, since they have become too resource heavy with everything now AI.

Won't be testing, but from what i researched, it is exclusively geared towards Resolve users. So even if it does shows up in Vegas (which i think it would), there still would be issues getting it to work properly.

In the Resolve forum, there is no joy with this plugin. It is constantly crashing as reported by users.

I'm not quite ready to be a "beta tester", but if it works when they are finished, I'll try a trial version first to see if it does what it claims.

This plugin doesn't show up in Vegas. It should be restricted to a specific host like neatvideo does.

Reading on Topaz forum how buggy it is, I will wait to try it as well.
