I'm getting rather cross. I have now tried to submit a query to Customer Services three times, each time having to complete that tiresome query form, and each time the submission has failed. No information is given about why the submission failed, so I have no idea how to submit it correctly the next time. I can't see that I am doing anything wrong.
Given that Vegas has just become entirely useless to me due to a new bug, and I have no way of getting it fixed through Sony, I'm starting to wonder if I'd be better off going with one of their competitors. It just seems that I've paid an awful lot of money for a piece of junk!
