Finally we will get track grouping in Vegas 10. This is the feature I have missed most. To top it, I really would like to lock the group too, when doing ripple editing. Has anyone seen any data on what we will be able to do with the track group? I assume Solo and Mute, but apart from that? Lock he group? Hide the group? And even better: Nest groups?
These features are technically not difficult to implement, as far as I can judge. But they mean whole lot for my productivity. Vegas is so good on sound. Where I before used Cakewalk Sonar for the sound track, I have started to edit sound inside Vegas. This means quiate many tracks all together, and being able to group them, I just can't wait for Vegas 10.
