You open Track Motion on the track that you want to reposition and a window will pop up with an outline of the video frame. Drag the lower-right corner of that rectangle inward to make the track smaller. Click anywhere on the frame and drag it to move the smaller track into position and you're done. Watch the video preview while moving to see where you are positioning it. That's really all there is to it.

Put the clip that you want to use 'Track Motion' on above the clip you want it to appear on. On the far left of the 'Timeline' are the 'Track Lists', in there find the one that says track motion when you hover over it. Click on it and you track motion screen shows up and from there you can adjust it however you want it, including sizing, rotating, keyframing, etc.. Hope that helps. Cin

Thanks JohnnyRoy and OhMyGosh. I can see how it works now. The only thing is I can't seem to figure out how to make the track within the other track smaller - put it in the top right hand corner for example. It just stays in the middle of the track below it.

Just click and drag the rectangle in the track motion box and watch the preview window to place and size it just how you want it. Cin
