Track Motion and Keyframes won't work on my Sony Vegas Pro 15

Hi!

So for some reason the "Track Motion" and "Keyframes" are keep glitching on my Sony Vegas Pro 15.

Maybe there is a slight chance i'm doing something wrong but i'm 99% sure i'm doing it right.

So i'm trying to do a "Fast Drop Down" transition/motion on an image but on the "Track Motion" window when I drag the image it won't move on the Preview Screen for some reason and even when I create the Keyframes when I click "Play" on the Preview Screen they won't do the Transition/Keyframes I added.

I have a screenshot to show you my problem.

I have been trying to solve this problem all week long but no luck... :(

What will happen if you select the "sync cursor"?
