track motion not moving

I would like to move my image around, but somehow it does not move with track motion. The mouse can click and drag around the rectangle with Y & X in the box, but the preview is still. How can I make it move?

I am not sure what you mean by selecting only position. I see that in your image, you have clicked Lock Aspect Ratio, Scale About Center, and Enable Rotation. I have done what you've done, but my image still does not move. How do you select only position?
