Track Motion tutorial

Hi, I am new to Vegas and I noticed that Track Motion can be very powerful. I downloaded couple of examples from Vasst web site but was wondering if there is any link to a step by step tutorial of how to use Track Motion especially 3d as I get confused between the different axis

This was briefly touched upon in last years Sony seminars on V5 advanced features from NAB 2004. You can view these seminars online here.

Those Sony seminars were captured by the SCVUG and we will be doing the same at this years NAB.

has a good tutorial on Track Motion and Pan/Crop. Very easy to follow.

Being able to draw or follow a path would be great, no?
Or : question : is there a way to do so? I know you can get that line of your "already traced" path but there will always be "cuts" where your keys are... and I know about thoses switches too (smooth-linear-etc) ... but it's veeeeery haaard to get a linear, fluid movement with keys...

... unless some kind of non disclosure agreement forbids somebody to talk ... a litlle ... more ?
