Tracking 2 hour long mp3 files

If i create tracks on my mp3 files they are there in sound forge but not in any other music application. I would appriciate any advice regarding this.The files are mostly 2hour long mixes dowloaded but I am not able to "mark" my favourite parts in them.

Try going into Tools and then click on 'Create Tracks from Media Regions' or 'Create Track List from Events'. I ran into almost the exact same problem... I had a single 1-hour audio file that I marked up in Sound Forge and none of the marks/flags appeared in CD Architect until I clicked on one of the two things listed above. Hope that helps.
