Tracks drifting

I will notice that if I have a quantized beat down on track 1 and I play a guitar to it on track 2
After working on several other tracks and some editing about halfway through a 4 min. track they will drift apart. How can I fix this?

I have noticed something like this as well.
though they drift later, are your tracks still in the same place as always at the very start of the file ?
