Transfer installation to new laptop

I need to move my Sound Forge, DVD Architect and Movie Studio installations to a new laptop.

What is the best way of doing this?

Install them on the new laptop and activate them.

Do you want to move your projects to the new machine as well?

Thanks, I was expecting some trouble with de-installing the old installation.

I have my projects saved in different directories than the Sony installation so it shouldn't be any issue moving them I think.
