Transfering Ownership of Vegas 10

A peacemaker in Nigeria shoots video occassionally. I was under the mistaken belief that I could help him out by sending him the serial number of an older version of SVP that I own, 10 in this case. But Sony shut him down. So,..anyone know what hoops I need to jump through to help out here.

From an old thread on this topic:

Contact customer service. Give them the serial number of the license you are transferring and the name and contact information of the organization you are transferring to. They will invalidate your serial number and issue a new one for that organization.

Yes, I've transferred a couple of old licenses with no problem. Sony is very generous about this.
