Each event has a little blue triangular handle in the upper right and left hand corners. Hover your mouse over the right side handle and it will change to quarter circle with a double arrow. Click and drag this to the left and you will have created a fade. Do this for all the tracks you want to fade out. Then for the tracks you want to fade in, do the same to the left side to create the fade in. Then position the tracks so that one is fading out when the other is fading in (i.e., line the events up under each other so they overlap for the duration of the fade). You can drop any other transition on the fade and it will turn to that transition. Tip: If you make a timeline selection the length of your fade (e.g., 1 second) it’s easier to snap all the fades to happen at exactly the same time and duration.
