Transitions Not Available Vegas Pro 14 Build 252 (64Bit)

Recently, all transitions in Vegas Pro 14 have quit working. The transitions all show up as previously but the instant I try to drag one, the mouse cursor becomes a red circle with a line through it. I just completely uninstalled Vegas and re-installed but the problem persists.

1) Insure that two clips overlap.

* Note that the transition blocked indicator is on for most of the travel from the bin to the timeline. *

2) Drop the transition on the area of overlap.

Thanks. I've been doing this since Vegas 8 and I've never noticed the blocked icon before. All is well now.
