Trapezoidal Picture in Picture

I would like to make a picture in picture effect, but I'd like the smaller pic to be slanted towards the "back" at angle (where the left side is larger than the right side of the image). Can this be done (easily) in VV4?

Thanks..the deform filter made the trapezoid, and I used track motion to shrink the image, and shift it to the left edge.
