I'm new to Vegas; so I'm probably missing something, but as I was trying to replace material on the project timeline from the trimmer window I found the following:
Using the Time replace approach > selecting a section on the Proj Timeline > clicking T in the trimmer window to get a time match and then clicking A to rplace the old with the new
Everything worked fine unless I was crossing a joint of 2 clips
In which case a dissolve is created from the new material to the old material instead of a pure overwrite occurring.
Other question? is there a quick way to toggle between the spacebar being used to STOP & REPLAY a section and PAUSE & CONTINUE - that is without going into preferences each time?
