Trouble Activating V-20

I see there is no support directly from Magix any longer, is this correct? I can't get through the activation process. If this is not the correct forum to address my issues in activating V20 please someone direct me to the proper one. Thank You...

Though someone here might be able to chime in and help as well. Once in a while the developers will drop in and respond, but not always.
