Hi I have just had to reinstall.Windows 11 on my machine, redownloaded Vegas Pro 365 and that went fine, but with I click on the page that opens automatically for the download of Primate studio it opens with my details fine but when I click on the download button it tells me that it had already been registered.

So where do I go from here, I have written to Borris but they have not answered, pretty slack!!

Anyboody got any ideas!!
