Trouble w/ help & transitions in V.3

I'm an avid enthusiast of VV2 but I can't seem to get VV3 to display the transition properties or the help files windows. Did something go south during installation or do we have a buggy release at this point? Honest answers please, I'll roll back to VV2 for a while if needed. (Installed on dual PIII w/ Win2K)

Sounds like it could be an install error. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Vegas 3.
