That particular tool is designed to work with the first selected event. I've been thinking about changing it to work with multiple events.

For the "move B" option with multiple events, try the Gap/Overlap tool instead. It will "move B" but will do the entire track or all selected events. I think that's probably the tool you're looking for.

The gap tool works better indeed, but there is a big problem:

when i use the tool, all the events move to left and overlap with each others, but the video media slip gradually inside each events...

What i want to do is to move each event to left to overlap over the previous one but whitout changing media relation to the event. Am i clear?

ApplyTransition_1_2.js does exactly this, but it can't overlap the audio portion as your overlap tool does.

What version of Excalibur are you using? What version of Vegas are you using? Vegas 6 changed the way one of the commands worked. The current version works around that problem.

I own Excalibur 3 years ago and consider an upgrade.

I make my tests with the latest Excalibur: 4.6.2

Vegas: ver 5.0d

4.6.2 should work fine in 5.0d. Can you e-mail me the details so I can look into it?
