trying to register online

my laptop crashed and am trying to install V6 on my new one.
the first time I installed it I had an error problem withthe DQL server.
Same thing happened on my desktop. reinstall fixed it.
but now I must manually register, no prob except that when I enter the computer id number and ser num I get a page error from sony.
And no phone support .support on Sat.
Anybody from sony hanging around today to give me a tip?
Or do I have to wait till monday.
Kinda bummed I want to try V6 with this new laptop, it has Component out and Id like to see how it works for a preview window.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered a problem. The issue seems to be resolved now. Give it another try and let us know if problems persist.

Yep it is all fixed. I was unable to use DVDA3 but now can.

Different user, same problem, I think.

New (mucho powerful) computer, installed my V5 vegas, tried to load HDV mpg file into media pool, said I have to register my MPEG. I already registered Vegas, Mainconcept is not responding. Yesterday and today, says it can't connect. I have a good internet connection to everything else. Called Friday night, no phone support til Monday.

Not buying V6 until next week. Is V5 not validating? I want to use my new computer on my hi def right away!
