Well I am trying to learn to use PiP yet after I create my file, I cannot get MS to render at 1280X720, instead it does only about a third of the screen in the center.

I make my project Internet HD and it looks correct during editing, yet when I render, it completes a file that looks as attached.

I am sure it is just some simple switch I have over looked or something.
