I have been an active user of Vegas for a number of years, and recently had a complete system failure and simultaneously upgraded my studio systems.
I have had issues re-installing my sorftware, but more importantly want to upgrade to 8.0 as indicated in all of the regular e-mail literature I receive.
When I go through the web-site process to upgrade, I get an error that will not let me proceed with the order.
Please provide me with a solution so that I upgrade and remain in the Sony family for my NLE system needs.
