First a couple of questions: Do VV4 and DVD Architct come with tutorials? Is anyone familiar with the SoFo book "DV and Audio Production", and if so, what is your opinion of the book?

Next, I have searched for all the tutorials I can find on Vegas Vidio and DVD Architect. Below are all the links I could find. As it turns out, I couldn't find any tutorials for DVD Architect. If you know of any others, could you please post them? Thanks. Frank

Not aware of any online tutorials at this time, however there was a sample project with the DVDA beta. Don't know if that's still available. I'm sure some may come. In the meantime, have you downloaded the DVDA manual?

I'm sure that Douglas Spotted Eagle's book "Mastering Vegas+DVD" will include robust tutorials on the application. I think they're trying for a due date around NAB sometime.

Got questions? I'm sure someone's got the answers in at least one of the forums...

You have all the tutorial links that I am aware of. At the end of last year, when I first purchased VV3, I also purchased "DV and Audio Production". This is my first experience with NLEs and I am strictly a hobbiest. I was very pleased with the book and it certainly gave me a good foundation to build on. It's a good introductory book for VV3 and probably for V4 as well. Of course, this forum and the COW are both fantastic. I have never had such a positive software experience in my life!!!

I emailed the book company a couple of days ago and they said they were hoping to have the book out within two weeks. I am hoping to get it soon.
