from there hit tutorials
then find vv3
check it out
also, call sofo and ask if they still sell 2 cd-roms for vv2 (i'm not sure if they ever put one out for vv3)
they were incredibly helpful to me
basic was around $25
advanced around $25
under downloads you can find the 3d transition fx
i really luv them ---
also, download the manual it will take a few days to go over stuff--but they really do a great job on it
then you will be vv3 grand masta
