TV Calibration

My primary TV set is a 36" Sony Wega. After watching it for some time, I think it could use some minor calibration adjustments. Does anyone have a recommedation for adjusting a broadcast set.

Is the procedure different for a television in contrast to a studio monitor? Can I produce accurate calibration bars and other test patterns on DVD using Vegas?

Pick up a copy of the AVIA disc, it will walk you thru a set up plus includes some filters to aid in adjusting.
Check amazon.com they always have it.

Using test equipment is beyond the scope of most, but the best method. Second best is there are two DVD tapes on the market one called Avia the other Digital Video Essentials. Third best, go here:
