You can download a bunch of free titles and training pieces for Cool 3D at the VASST site, http://www.vasst.com/login.htm
Click on Ulead. If you're already registered as a Vegas user of the VASST site, you'll be all set to go in the Ulead pages.

alright folks ( if anybody replies..... i'm just trying to learn)....
i have created a title in cool 3d. i want a transperent background layer (over 40 seconds of motion clip, for my title...ie motion clip with audio in the background, with cool 3d rendered title over that motion clip. how is this acomplished?

all you have to do is render it as an avi with an alpha channel. Then, import the title into vegas, put your motion background on the second track, your audio on the third, and then the title on the top track. right click the title clip, go into media properties, and set the alpha channel as straight unmatted. And your done.

In Cool3DPS
Go To "File" Export Video Overlay, AVI.

Drop into Vegas Timeline - Right Click properties. Media and set the alpha to
straight(unmatted).
