Ulead® DVD MovieFactory™ 3 Disc Creator

Does anyone have any experience using "Ulead® DVD MovieFactory™ 3 Disc Creator"? I have Ulead Movie Factory that came with Ulead Media Studio Pro. Since this is an upgrade for Movie Factory I am wondering if it is worth the $69.95?

Disc Creator includes some editing capabilities. You can still buy the MF3 dvd part by itself for $49.95. I just did it to upgrade from MF2.
