Unable to burn disc

Hi, I have DVD Archtect 5.2 (Build133) installed and have experienced. I created a DVD compliant mpeg file using TMPGEnc Mastering Works, which is 3.79 GB, a short intro video which is 4.79 MB and a menu video clip which is 37 MB. At the bottom of the window, it shows Disc Space Used 5.4 GB. It does how ever burn the disc. Any ideas as to why the file size shows as being bigger than the disc?

Do you have a menu page? That could account for the extra size estimate.

Or it could be that, when re-encoded, your intro video and/or your DVD-compliant MPEG is a different size that what Windows lists for the original files. You can usually fit about 70 minutes of total video on a single-sided DVD.

Regardless, DVD Architect will optimize your files to fit on a disc, even if your files are a little larger than what would fit on a disc.
