Hi:
I am new to Video Factory, so the first thing I did was
apply all the updates when I installed the application.
I am trying to capture from my Sony Digital 8 camcorder.
The video capture app detects my camcorder but cannot
control it. That's fine, I manually started the capture
and played the tape.
The app showed my movie while it was(supposedly) capturing,
and it even said the clip was captured when I stopped it.
However, the clip properties show a file of 0.1MB and when
I try to import the clip in Video Factory, I have a clip
with no audio and no video. Previous attempts gave me
clips with no audio/video streams detected.
Please advise. Thanks.
