Unfortunately that setting only affects new material you add to the timeline, not anything already there.

What about opening an second instance of VMS, select and copy all the slides from the first, then paste into the second.

I know this has been brought up before, just don't remember is my suggestion works or not.

Group all your pictures, and then do a CTRL-drag to speed up or slow down the entire group.

The problem with that is that it changes the duration of the images and the duration of the transitions together proportionally. That may not be what you want to do.

I agree. It's not an exact time change, although it may be "close enough".

But if the idea is to change all the crossfade durations without changing the timing of the pictures then this won't even come close.
