Unable to install

Guna-Ambrose wrote on 9/9/2020, 8:40 PM

I have installed Vegas Movie Studio on one computer, and would like to install it on a second. The license states that I can install it on two devices. When I try to install it on the second device, the installation fails. I also get the NewBlueFX App Manager asking for a serial number but it does not accept the serial number that I provide.

@Guna-Ambrose  I also get the NewBlueFX App Manager asking for a serial number but it does not accept the serial number that I provide.

Although Vegas Movie Studio is allowed on 2 machines, NewBlue products may not be.

Thanks to set and Jack S for the replies. I did check the "My Products" section and it states that I have used only one of the two activations. When I try and install Vegas, I uncheck all the other products, and it seems like it is installing, and then quits, but the software is not loaded.

The NewBlueFX App Manager asks for a license number, specifically for Vegas 14, but won't accept it. It does allow me to install the other NewBlueFX applications without a problem. It is only Vegas that won't install. I'm running Windows 10 Pro, and so is the other machine on which it installed without a problem.
