Unable to open .veg file

I got an error message : "An error occurred while opening the project file frefre.veg. The file could not be created. Another file with that name exists." I've tried renaming the file, moving the file to a different drive, rebooting, etc. Same thing happens when I open the .veg.bak file.

Any thoughts other than "back up under different names next time"?

It's Vegas 4.0 - I've been using it for almost 2 years and this is a new one.

You have named two bins in the media pool in that project with the same name. This has been fixed in recent versions of Vegas 6. Sony can fix the file for you or else you'll need to revert to a previous version that will open.
