Strange goings-on. At about 1000 frames into a long render out to HDV Tape (using native m2t files) I get a message along the lines of "an error occurred during render process of unknown origin". So no export to HDV tape gets recorded. It doesn't crash the program, but doesn't finish the job either.
Are you supposed to do this render out from the AVI files created from the original m2t files, or from the original m2t files?
Also, if anyone can help with this issue ... I am working in a project at 1080i HDV with a Sony Z1U camera. On my small preview screen in the bottom right corner my readout says
Project: 1440x1080x32, 29.970i
Preview: 360x270x32, 29.970P
Now I want to output at 480i but not progressive, and my preview on 2nd external NTSC monitor shows a distinct progressive filtering taking place. I have searched for 2 hours for a way to change this without success. Any suggestions gladly accepted.
