Unable to register Main Concept Encoder online

Hi,
I have been trying to register the Sonic Foundry Main Concept Encoder 1.0 online, but I keep getting an error message which says:

"Too Many Activations Issued"

Is this common?

Only if you register it SEVERAL times. At this point, you must contact Sonic Foundry and explain why you needed so many activations and have them reset it to allow more.

I have never activated it.

You'll still need to contact Sonic Foundry to get it straightened out.
