Unable to render any project since installing update

Since installing the first update to Vegas 21 everytime I hit the 'render as' option the program stops working as soon as I hit the option. I have had to uninstall the updated version of the program and reinstall the first release of Vegas 21 which works fine. Therefore I would suggest its a fault of the program coding and not an issue with my computer.This is incredibly frustrating. I attempted updating to build 300. Its the same issue with both updates.

Maybe try a support request? This isn't something I recall seeing other reports of and it's odd it affects all 3 updates (187, 208, 300).
