I have two unresolved problems with DVD Architect 2.0. I'm waiting on Sony to respond, but I thought I would get some forum feedback. These problems can only be confirmed from a burn or from testing the project via the rendered folder by using a product like Nero Showtime. My standalone DVD player is a Pioneer DV-434. DVD Architect's previewer plays the project fine. Overall playback on Nero Showtime and the Pioneer standalone player is functional.
PROBLEMS:
1) Non-button text titles, regardless of whether they are text or graphics, will not appear onscreen. This is regardless of their order.
2) A layered PSD file shows a thick white outline shaped like the dropped shadow outside of the actual (dark) dropped shadow. This cannot be seen in Photoshop, and it will appear while working on a project.
Does anyone have some insight as to why this happens? Is there a step I'm missing in creating the graphics for the project, or are these bugs? Your insight is appreciated.
