Unable to render video due to "serial number email" error

I've recently purchased Vegas Pro 2022 from the official Vegas Pro website, currently running on Windows 11. Everything else has been working fine, but when I got done making a video, I tried to render the video in an .mp4 format. But once I hit "Render", I keep on getting error over and over again, telling me that "This serial number has already been registered to another email address", and I can't seem to fix it.

I checked "User data", and all of my details are correct. I just don't understand why it's telling me it's being registered to another address, when I'm trying to render a 9-minute long video. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I don't know how you can even start Vegas without a validated serial number.

But anyways, log into your Magix account, go to My Products, and look for your purchase of Vegas Pro. Side note, there is no version "2022". Download the version for your product there, install, and copy the serial number from that same location. Also, make sure you have not exceeded the limit of only 2 installations. That can be checked there also by looking at Serial Number>Show more details. It will show you the number of devices that can be used simultaneously.

When you receive this error, something changed in your Magix account which has resulted in a mismatch with the email address used when activating Vegas and your current account. Please create a support ticket and out support team can help resolve the problem.
