So here is the bottom line. I want to upgrade to Vegas Pro 15 and I want to use PayPal credit. I need for Magix to make this possible or I cannot upgrade.
I will not waste anymore phone minutes on their 100% worthless phone support!
I told you in a private message, that you first have to create a ticket/ write the support. Not only have you not done that, but you are also rude in your comments. I understand that you are frustrated from your experience but how you are behaving is not something which is appreciated in this community. Therefore you get a official warning.

In your original message, I thought you sent in a ticket. So I guess I misread that as well. Not only is my hearing extremely bad but because I hardly ever talk to anyone, it looks like my ability to communicate has gone way down because of it.

So how do I send in a ticket? I have never done that before and I am not sure how to go about that.
