We have Screenblaster Moviestudio with Videofactory 2.0. We purchased the MPEG plug in. When we attempt to "make movie", the file renders correctly, then attempts to write the file to the CD. We have done it at 2x speed. The following message appears: "Write failed due to a buffer underrun. System can't keep up at this speed. Either lower writing speed or close other applications". The detail message says "Data in the track is not compatible with current command. Illegal request was received."
The drive works, as we have burned CDs in the past.
The DVD writer is Pioneer DVD-RW which is built in to the PC. Microsoft XP, 2GB processor.
