Does the bottom version (NewBlueFX Titler Pro 4 version) also got scrambled? So far my eyes able to see, seems this one is 100% correct. But the middle version one (Protype tools) is the worst. The Top one (Legacy Text) also shows some inconsistency...
The best suggestion I can offer on this issue is, try using proper Bengali package fonts. I googled 'Bengali font' and found these: https://www.omicronlab.com/bangla-fonts.html , http://onkur.sourceforge.net/?page_id=42&lang=en , http://www.nongnu.org/freebangfont/ .
If these doesn't help, you need to make it in separate graphic image program containing the Bengali text, and then import the text into Vegas Pro.
Further, even after using the proper Bengali fonts still results with error, you can report this issue to Vegas Developers and let them check the issue for you. Report here: https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/vegas/form

I haven't got Titler Pro 4 on my vegas. Your rendered video that you posted before has the same problem.
