Unmanaged Exception Error

Hello everyone,
I am stumped as to why I cannot render this dvd file due to Error Oxc0000005.
I took a screen shot of the details but not sure how to upload it here.
I tried uninstalling quicktime but this did not help.
I am currently using VP13 Build 453 and with GPU render disabled.
I am so used to Vegas working that this is really aggravating!
Any help appreciated.

If you do a Google search you will find a lot of information on the problem such as:

Thanks Peter. I have tried several things with no luck and it happens during a render so will keep looking for answers.

Can you play back your entire project without any problems?

Does it happen in the same place in your project every time you try to render? If there is a consistent trouble spot, you could try creating a prerender in that area of the timeline. Alternatively, try turning off video thumbnails and/or close the preview window during the render so that the only frames being fetched are for the render and not for the display.

Or does the error message come up immediately, right after you start the render?

What format are your rendering to? Does it happen if your render to another format?

The project plays back fine and it happens at the same place every time. Renders most of the way through and then stops with error message. I will turn off the preview window and to see if that helps. I was able to render an MP4 version of this video with no crashes so not sure why the MPEG render is not working. There are some camera flashes near the crash point but don't see how that could crash it.
