unusual screen size for project - any way to do it?

greetings all -

I have a project where I want to pre-composite some videos side-by-side, to import them into another project later.

the problem is, the final project should be 1440 x 120, and Vegas 4 will not let me enter that as a project size.

is there any workaround? I know I could composite these in the final project, but there's going to be motion, and I'd rather motion track 2 composited videos instead of 12 uncomposited ones.

any help appreciated.

Have you updated to 4.0c? 4.0b and previous were limited to 800x800 maximum frame size. 4.0c allows much larger frames and should let you do what you're looking for.

i got 4.0c and tried your framesize, housepig. worked fine.
