Ok heres the prob. I edit my videos, captured from my webcam, with Vegas 4 and it is very low quality and very small( like 130x200) and when i bun it onto a dvd using DVD architect and i play it on my dvd player it puts the video to full screen making the people or objects very pixelated and unrecognizable. I was wondering if there was a possible sollution to this like maybe have the video on a black background with the video the same size as it is on my computer. Any help would be appreciated. I will check back periodically but it would be appreciated if you send the reply to my email address at IMSOSMART2@aol.com

The short answer is you can't do what you want, well not very well anyway.

Your project is very pixelated because your source file is so small. A DVD player will automatically expand to fill the screen... that's what is suppose to happen.

What you could try is to change the properites in Vegas. I would try the 3D PluginPac plug-in. Make both the X Y setting about 30. This should shrink down within the frame size creating a large black border without introducing any pixelation since your DVD player won't have anything to expand since the border with fill in the empty space. In other words leave the project setting what they should be for a DVD, it should end up with no pixelation, but boy is it going to look small on a TV. Use a RW to test so you don't waste a disc. If you're close you can try other setting and blow it up some to get a bigger picture before the pixelation ruins it.
