i am a registered user of sony vegas 6 pro. i want to upgrade to pro 8. I want the link to upgrade to vegas 8 . I have downloaded the vegas pro 8 from download page but it is asking for activation and sl no.

Pro 8 is a pretty old version. Sony will not sell it to you. Search, and maybe you can find another retailer who still has a copy available. If so, buy it, and you will receive a serial number.
