Upgrade from Movie Studio 13 to Movie Studio 17 Platinum?

I own a Version of the Movie Studio 13, can I now Upgrade it to the Version 17 Platinum with the reduced price or is the Upgrade only possible if you already own a product of the same series (f.E the normal Movie Studio 17).

No problem, at buying you have to give the registration code of the older product to get the upgrade price.
