Upgrade from Vegas Pro 20 t0 21

Hello. I bought Magix Vegas Pro in May 2023. new license. Can I upgrade to VEGAS Pro Suite 21 at a reduced price? On the website it says 199 US dollars. There is also an I info. "You can upgrade at a reduced price with a previous version or other authorized product. Please have your login details or serial number ready" How much do I have to pay then for Vegas Pro Suite 21 Perpetual license upgrade

I think this justifies the lack of resources!
One of the alternatives would be in these difficult times to try to lower the price of the software to sell more and return to competitiveness TODAY! Otherwise the situation will get worse!
